First of all, I cannot believe that Jeopardy thought this question hard enough to be the $2,000 clue.
Then again, none of these three bozos could even venture a guess.

Ohhh lord. If it makes anyone feel any better I had no idea that the wizards were a NBA team and have always been one. Psh.

7being from michigan we are huge hockey fans....
8but the moment you go elsewhere it's totally different. im in the southwest not and people dont even know hockey exists.

9But I agree that the further south you go in the states, the less they seem to know about the NHL.
But I'm the same as the first commenter in that, I don't know much about the NBA.
